From service design to policy design

Here is one more example of ever new language games popping up. Services design is one such buzzphrase that is used for top-down matrix.

In the meantime

• “user in charge” awareness will lead to “citizen in charge”
• “connected consumption” will equally lead to “peer governance”

We then will get an inverted services/policies design by people.
